Our Approach + Process
A website is an extension of your presence.
Let’s make it an honest one.
This process doesn’t start with wireframes or fonts. It starts with listening—not to trends, but to you. To the shape of your work. The rhythm of your sessions. The stories you hold and the care you offer. Before anything else, I want to understand who you are and how you want people to feel when they land in your digital space.
From there, the design unfolds in thoughtful layers. Values become visuals. Ideas take on structure. Words are softened, sharpened, or rewritten until they sound like you—clear, kind, and grounded. Nothing is rushed. There’s space to reflect, reconsider, and realign as we go.
We’ll co-create something that isn’t just functional, but meaningful. A home for your practice that feels like a deep breath—for you and for the people you're here to support.
And because care includes access, I reserve a portion of my availability for reduced-rate projects for BIPOC and disabled therapists. Design shouldn’t be a barrier. If this offering would support your practice, I welcome you to reach out.
Payment, With Flexibility
This is an investment—and it should feel both meaningful and manageable. I offer flexible payment options to meet you where you are, including:
Standard 50/50 split (deposit + launch)
3-part or 4-part payment plans
Extended options for larger projects
There’s no interest, just a small admin fee for longer plans. Everything will be clearly outlined in your proposal before we begin—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Equity-based pricing is available for BIPOC and disabled therapists. If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to note that in your inquiry. I hold space in my calendar each season for reduced-rate projects because care should include access.

I don’t offer long-term tech support by default, but I am here to help. Every project includes a personalized launch guide and the option to add 1:1 training. Squarespace also has excellent live chat and help articles for immediate tech needs.

Start dates vary depending on my booking calendar. I typically book 2–6 weeks out. Reach out anytime, and I’ll let you know my next available start date and hold a spot with your deposit.

Yes! I’ve worked with clients across time zones and continents. As long as we can align on communication tools and timelines, we’re good to go.

We’ll co-create this together, but I’ll guide the process and handle the heavy lifting. You’ll provide insight into your practice, values, and preferences—and I’ll turn that into something grounded and functional. I’ll give clear prompts and checklists, so nothing feels ambiguous.
-
Absolutely. The intake process is designed to uncover what matters most to you, even if you’re not sure how to describe it yet. I translate feelings and values into structure and visuals.

Not necessarily. I can work with what you have or help you source images and design assets that reflect your practice. If you're based in Chicago, I also offer photography sessions as an optional add-on. Need a logo or visual brand? I’ve got you—branding packages and à la carte design support are available if you’d like to build that alongside your site.

I offer strategic support to help guide your content, voice, and tone—and I include a Content Planning Guide to make it easier. If you’d prefer to write your own copy, I offer copy editing and refinement as an add-on. I don’t outsource to outside writers—so if we work together, your words stay between us.
